ZERO BS, we will do our best to make your stay great, however expect mutural respect to our propety and us. :)
Additional house rules
Please familiarize yourself with the house rules
1. Close the windows and sunshades when you are going out of the apartment as we have position as on the boat and if strong winds starts it can cause damage over 20K Euros.
2. Extinguish all electricity consumers when you are going out of the apartment (air conditioning, heating, TV, light...).
3. Produce no noise after midnight (12 AM).
4. Take care and keep inventory of the apartment, especially floor and furniture. Inside furniture should not be taken outside as sun will damage it.
5. Any damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
6. Open fire any kind (cigarette, candles, grill etc.) strictly prohibited as no insurance in Croatia is covering open fire and risk of damage over 1 million Euros that customer will need to pay in the case rules are not followed.
7. Hair dye, purple shampoo and any kind of similar chemicals not allowed. We have near our home great hairdresser and affordable if you need such a service. We had in the past damage from such a products that are not recoverable.
8. SUP inflated and bikes not allowed in the apartment due to glass rails that can be damaged and ordering new rails takes over one year.
9. Parents are responsible for anything that happens their kids in and out of the property as we are not in the property and can't watch them! Kids has to be supervised by their parents.
10.All Guests agree to indemnify and hold the Property Owners harmless from any liability for personal injury/death inside/outside the property, your personal property damages and property damage sustained by Guest/kids or individuals invited onto the property by Guest. You are using parking lot on your own responsibility.
11. Maximal number of guests 4 as per Croatian Law. Additional charge for extra guest of 270 Euros means that person will need to find new place to stay and approximately price per night.
